MON HISTOIRE

I am a native of Montreal, Quebec. I grew up in a real estate family. My parents owned one of the largest private brokerages in the province for more than 40 years. That is where I learned that integrity and honesty were paramount when working with clients for successful closures and repeat business. My family taught me that a good reputation is vital to a happy and efficacious career.

Je suis originaire de Montréal, Québec d’une famille oeuvrant dans le domaine de l'immobilier. Mes parents étaient propriétaires de l'une des plus importantes agences immobilières privées de la province pendant 40 ans. C’est là que j’ai appris que l’intégrité et l’honnêteté étaient primordiales lorsque l’on travaille avec des clients pour conclure des contrats réussis. Ma famille m'a appris qu'une bonne réputation est essentielle à une carrière heureuse et réussie.

 

EXPERIENCE

Before moving to the United States, I had opened my own interior design company for luxury properties overseas. I then began to purchase and renovate my own investments and offer them to clients with unique tastes. I first moved to California in 2007 prior to moving to Fort Lauderdale in 2010. I used my experience and knowledge to buy and sell properties in the Bay Area and then continued my career in South Florida. I am known for my renovation work, interior design, and real estate investment skills. I now focus my talents on the South Florida real estate market. I use the most up-to-date advertising, marketing, and real estate technologies to ensure the best outcome for my clients. I am fluent in English, French, and Italian.

Avant de déménager aux États-Unis, j'avais ouvert ma propre entreprise de design d'intérieur pour des propriétés de luxe à l'étranger. J'ai ensuite commencé à acheter et à rénover mes propres propriétés d’investissement et à les proposer à des clients aux goûts uniques. J'ai d'abord déménagé en Californie en 2007 et ensuite à Fort Lauderdale en 2010. J'ai optimisé mon expérience et mes connaissances pour acheter et vendre des propriétés en Californie pour ensuite poursuivre ma carrière dans le sud de la Floride. Je suis reconnu pour mes travaux de rénovation créatifs, design d'intérieur et pour mes compétences en investissement immobilier. Je concentre maintenant mes talents sur le marché immobilier du sud de la Floride. J'utilise les plus récentes technologies de publicité et de marketing dans le domaine de l’immobilier pour assurer le meilleur résultat possible à mes clients. Je parle couramment l'anglais, le français et l'italien.

It is not about a quota for him. His only concern is to to fulfill his obligation to his client. The key is communication. In this day and age it is rare that someone really listens to your needs. Danny Shears has a gift of “listening” thus he is able to discern the best course of action to take in meeting your goals. It is not about him. It is about YOU.
Bottom line is that his main concern is that you are satisfied 110% with the services he has provided.
